Delivery:

All orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express Post or parcel post with Australia Post. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. However, during launches and promotions, this may extend.

If Australia Post Express is selected, estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

For Australia Post standard parcel shipping estimated delivery is 2-5 business days.

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Northwear will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safe drop” Northwear will not be held liable for missing parcels.

All Northwear orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
